In order to use the DFS Notification system, you must first obtain a subscription to the service. To do so, go to "Forms and Documents" below. Click on "Subscription Form for Digital Vault DFS" to download the file. Fill the form out with all necessary information and fax to Digital Vault DFS at ae-dvdfs@aecomplex.com
