A&E - The Graphics Complex is like no other place you have ever worked.
Our company culture reflects our organization as a whole. Often times, we
are asked to describe our culture to others. While this is not as simple as
it sounds, here it goes
- Diverse
- Inclusive
- Family-oriented
|
- Can-do
- Supportive
- Informal

Simply put, A&E's culture is unique. New employees quickly discover that
at A&E, attitude is everything and employees' opinions truly matter. We
do whatever it takes to please a customer, as long as it is legal, moral,
and ethical. This includes pleasing our internal customers - our coworkers
as well.
Our employee population is extremely diverse and we look to hire people that
will take pride in this diversity, one that goes beyond race or ethnicity.
A&E employees proudly work side by side with people who look, eat, speak,
love, vote, pray, and dress differently than they do.
As an A&E employee, you will be on a first name basis with everyone,
and have access to anyone in the company through our true open-door policy.
If you disagree with a decision or know of a better way to accomplish a task,
we want to hear about it. Some of our best ideas and practices have come from
our frontline employees.
We take training seriously. With over 200 employees, which includes a training
staff of 4, our Employee-to-Trainer ratio is small. Despite industry
standards, we guarantee that as a new A&E employee, you will not be "thrown
to the wolves" to muddle through a new job, a new company, and a new
culture.
A large percentage of our employee population has worked here for many, many
years. We believe this is due to two factors. First, we create an atmosphere
where people actually enjoy coming to work. Our coworkers are also our friends.
Our managers care about their employees and work toward maintaining a healthy
work-life balance for members of their staff. Second, candidates that do not
fit our culture typically do not last long. It is usually quite evident within
the first few weeks of employment whether or not someone is a fit for our
culture. The result is long-tenured employees who share the same vision.
The only way to truly experience our culture is to become an A&E employee.
