On-Time and Error-Free Rates


We pride ourselves on providing great quality and service. To track how we're doing, we measure our "re-do's" -- basically how many jobs we don't get right the first time. We break these statistics down into categories -- technical problems, we misunderstood instructions, etc, so that we can identify where we make the most errors and fix those problems. We also track what percentage of our deliveries are on-time.
